Obituary for Norman L. Hall

Norman L. Hall, 86, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018, in his home. He was born on January 12, 1932, in Cobb Hill, Kentucky, the son of the late Willy and Lyda (Watson) Hall. Norm served our country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He had a career as a truck driver retiring after over 40 years. Norm loved to golf above any other hobby, however he enjoyed watching any sporting event on TV. He is survived by his wife, Judy Hall of 24 years, three children: Gary Hall, Kathy (Larry) Day, and Sam (Kim) Mulkey; five grandchildren: Gary, Jim, Lyndsey, Samuel and Karli; seven great grandchildren, sister, Shirley Craycraft, and brother, Bill (Phyllis) Hall. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Anita Dorman. A memorial celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Carl Ruby officiating. Friends may visit from 6-7:00 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, take your friend golfing or donate to your favorite charity.
