Obituary for Sharon P. Stoneking

Sharon P. Stoneking, 65, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. She was born on December 6, 1951, in Springfield, the daughter of the late Orval K. Snow and Doris Collins Snow. She is survived by her husband Mike Stoneking of 31 years, seven children: David (Crystal) Jackson, Christopher (Loren) Jackson, Patrick Jackson, Connie (Derrick) Garcia, Kayla Revell, Dawn Withrow, and Devon Price; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Snow. Sharon worked at the Springfield Inn and later, TIG in New Carlisle. She enjoyed coloring, sewing, and reading Stephen King books. Sharon also loved camping and animals. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2017, from 6-8:00 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 638 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield.
